1. Definitions
Company means Nexus99. Agent means any account holder in the agent programme. Upline agent means the agent who created an account directly above another. Downline agent means any agent created directly under an upline agent. Player means a Nexus99 player account registered with an agent's referral code. Net loss means the total of bets minus payouts on settled game records for one calendar day (GMT+8).
2. Commission
- An agent earns 8% of the daily net loss of players registered with that agent's referral code.
- An upline agent additionally earns 2% of the daily net loss of players registered under its direct downline agents. This does not extend to any further level.
- Commission is calculated once per day for the previous calendar day and settled at 04:30 GMT+8.
- A day on which a player's net result is a win or zero is recorded as zero commission. Negative results are not carried forward.
- Bonus, rebate and any other credit issued by the Company is excluded from net loss.
- Game records settled on a later day are counted on the day of settlement.
- The Company may correct any commission that results from a system error, void game, provider adjustment or reversed deposit.
3. Prohibited conduct
- An agent shall not register or play as a player using its own referral code or the referral code of any downline agent at any level.
- An agent shall not use, arrange or permit the use of any third-party account, whether as a player or as an agent, to generate turnover, offset bets or otherwise manufacture commission.
- An agent shall not hold more than one agent account or register players who are in fact the same person.
- An agent shall not present itself as the Company or use the Company's name, logo or materials without written approval.
- Where the Company finds a breach of this section, it may immediately terminate the agent relationship, suspend all withdrawals, freeze accrued commission pending review and recover any commission obtained by the breach. The Company may suspend all related accounts, including players and downline agents involved.
4. Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal is RM 100.
- Withdrawals are paid only by bank transfer to a bank account registered in the agent's own name. Third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Bank accounts may be added but not edited or removed. A newly added account may be used for withdrawal 24 hours after it is added.
- The Company processes withdrawals within 24 hours on working days. Requests may be held for review where the Company considers it necessary.
5. Player information
- An agent sees only the usernames and net-loss reports of players registered under its own referral code.
- An upline agent sees only the aggregate performance of its downline agents. It does not see their players.
- No personal, contact or banking information of any player is disclosed to any agent at any level.
- An agent shall not use any information obtained through the programme for any purpose other than tracking its own commission.
6. Accounts and downline
- An agent is responsible for keeping its login details secure and for all activity under its account.
- An agent may create downline agents. The upline agent is responsible for ensuring each downline agent it creates is a genuine, separate person who has accepted these terms.
- Downline agents operate their own accounts. An upline agent cannot suspend, close or withdraw on behalf of a downline agent.
- Suspension or termination of an upline agent does not affect the accounts of its downline agents, who continue to operate under the same terms.
7. Suspension and termination
- The Company may suspend or terminate any agent account at any time where it reasonably believes these terms have been breached, or where required by law or by a game provider.
- During a suspension, commission continues to accrue but withdrawals are paused. Accrued commission is released or forfeited on completion of the review.
- On termination for breach, unpaid commission is forfeited.
8. Changes
The Company may change commission rates, limits or these terms. Changes are announced in the agent portal and take effect from the date stated. Continued use of the account after that date is acceptance of the changes.
